Ingeborg Rosenvinge is head of R&D in Thürmer Tools and partner in the spin-off company TwentySeven where she leads the Additive Manufacturing team. Additionally, she is responsible for Business Development and legal advisor on IPR and legal issues. She has played a central role regarding the changes in Thürmer Tools, transforming a traditional producer of tools to the next generation cutting tools business by using AM. Ingeborg has been working with AM technologies since 2013.
She has also worked on large R&D projects with two European thread cutting tools factories. This brought her highly relevant experience for the development of the tooling industry. She has also been the fundraiser and commercialization manager for several international funding programs.
Prior to her current role, she was director of DanishTools.com, Thürmer Tools online presence, and responsible for business analysis in relation to its sales subsidiaries and distributors. Before joining Thürmer Tools Mrs. Rosenvinge was the legal counselor at Lærerstandens Brandforsikring A/S insurance corporation and before that Alm. Brand Forsikring A/S. Ingeborg Rosenvinge has a BA (2006) and an MSc (2008) in Lay and Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
Ingeborg grew up in the countryside and took a great part in the dairy farming and the cheese factory at the family estate in the northern part of Jutland. In her early twenties, her curiosity brought her on a world backpack trip, a year on a skiing resort in Switzerland and doing an intensive course on Our Sports College. She attended Santa Barbara College, California taking English and Math classes. Ingeborg is also a wife and mom, who loves life on the countryside. She is an enthusiast of old fashion handicraft and book binding.
